You will find out how to manage communication towards stakeholders, and will develop abilities to plan, structure and organise your work. Methods for estimating times and costs will be outlined as well as tools for measuring progress and delivery. You will also learn about conflict management, team work and the key roles these play in running a successful project.
Work through the course at your own pace, test your knowledge with end of module quizes and receive a certificate once you've passed the final course quiz. This course is available for individual registrations or can be supplied to a department as a licence for a year.
