Over the course of 10 modules, this course will teach you about the phases and processes of project management - from initiation to close-out. You will find out how to manage communication towards stakeholders, and will develop abilities to plan, structure and organise your work. Methods for estimating times and costs will be outlined as well as tools for measuring progress and delivery.
